i'm back from su foc!!! yeah!! the camp was totally awesome!! i guess its the second best camp i've ever gone to. man, i love argive!!! i really wanna thank Daddy God answering my prayers, placing me into the best group, with the best campers and best leaders. even though none of my np frends were in the same grp as me, i never felt a second lonely in the camp. not even one! and i'm dead serious! i really really enjoyed a hell load! haha.

we played so many games during the camp and they are all so original! cos i havent played any of the games before. one of the memorable ones was the one where our whole grp had to stand on one of those long slim pri sch canteen benches and try to shift ourselves from one end to another. it was so funny cos when we try to cross over with that 5cm width, many were kind of unbalanced especially those big size ones and everyone had to pull them back. haha. also, there was a mass pointing third finger, doing the wtf sign while playing, cos we were not allowed to speak and could only use gestures, eye contact to shift. and all the guys were like doing all sorts of nonsense to grab each other's attention. hahaha. damn funny!! another one was butter hill. its like a big mat was laid over this really steep hill and butter, flour were spreaded onto the mat. and we had to think of ways to climb up the hill. it was really challenging cos the hill was very steep and added on butter's slippery, so we really had a hard time doing that. but it was really fun. so we made up this clap called the butter clap. it goes like *clap* *smells armpit* "butter". hahaha. damn cute. other than games, we also had cheers and argive's cheer rocks la!!! we won the best cheer. haha. yesh!!!

busy weesy

alright people! i know i havent been faithful to my blog, but you see, i'm like super busy (i suppose) nowadays with i-dont-know-what. just busy. haha. so, what have this small girl been up to these days?

oh well, i have been working for my dad in his office doing some data entry accountance thingy. kinda cool la. (at least i get paid 30 bucks a day) everyone tells me its a boring job but i cant find any sign of boredom in it at all!! seriously, i really enjoy working for my dad. what can beat getting to sit down in front of the computer with speed faster than lightning (just kidding) in an air-conditioned room on a comfy arm chair, keying in datas while waiting for spongebob game to load?! its fantastic! plus, i get paid! woohoo!! Life totally rocks! :)

so where do you go after work? well, i had cg last fri evening at ngee ann poly and it was totally awesome. i must say NP B caregroup rock my socks!! haha. serious! no joke man. dont mess with us, cos you aint cool enough. yay baby.. hahaha! alright. i mean Han's really good in a way he doesnt make cg something i dread coming, and the pple in my cg rocks too! well who can resist bok, sam and ding's laughter which shakes the earth, guan being sucha sweet little babe, brendan's just-bully-me-cos-i-have-a-bully-able-face face, larry's gayness, tim's wonderous stories.. i mean come on, with such great pple in the cg, how can you not come for cg!??!?! hahaha. oh well, anyway, we had prata for supper after that at some coffeeshop, and manz, it was super fun or super fun? not only the company was good, the food rocks too man! bok, guan, sam, xueting and i were laughing non-stop. we shared stories on our experiences with abnormal teachers and how ridiculous things can get when we dont hand in our work. it was a total blast man!

after prata session, i went k-box. it was darn cool la! never know k-box can be such a cool place. hahaha. laughed at how my brother-in-law sang this hokkien song. it was really fun la. reached home around 2.30am.

then came saturday, went jamming with cg. damn cool! haha. trooped down to third place only to find out the jamming room was under renovation. so we went down to potong pasir instead. bok was one kind cute. she was sulking on the train and claimed if she couldnt get to eat m&n, she wont smile. and sure enough, she seemed alright after buying m&n chocolate. haha. so adorable! so jamming was great! brendan taught me the basics of playing drums. so cool!! laughs. however, i forgot to teach bok and ding keyboard cos we were all too engrossed. bok, ding and sam sang really well! serious! damn nice. haha.

we went brendan's place for dinner after that. it was fun. had yummy high class maggie mee while commenting stuffs abt the show 'the champion'. and we concluded xueting looks like jingwen's little sister (the one on wheelchair), sam looks like the brother and yongjie looks like the dad who always beats himself. haha. and they said i look like that evil girl just becos i have the same fringe!! man.. of everyone.. haha. but anyway, it was really funny and we all had a great time (i suppose). haha.

so its the 26th of april, which means a week more and i'll be off for my foc! wheeeee!!!! cant wait man. oh in case your dont get what foc means, it actually stands for freshmen orientation camp. its an orientation camp for all new intakes in ngee ann poly. yup! really exciting., 4 days 3 night. how cool man. and coming up next, its the sports camp in the week after foc. and lsct camp on the folllowing week. damn cool!! ahhh!! such an exciting week ahead and i cant wait!! yipeee!! cant believe school's finally starting. i've been waiting all my life for this moment. oh mans. and i cant wait for lessons to start. nurse beishan. haha! what a joke. but oh well, daddy's holding on to all these and yes, its definitely gonna be blessed! Amen! :))

however, i need to go shopping desperately! got to get FBT shorts, running shoes, chulks, t-shirts, jeans, more t-shirts, proper school bag, and even more t-shirts. yeah. so anyone out there willing to shop with me??? give me a call!! haha.

last night's bible study was good.

we're living in the end times. i get damn kan chiong everytime someone tells me that we're the end times generation. there's like so many things i wanna do before i die. like get a bike license, seeing my parents accept Christ, pinch my nephew until he faints, burp 10 times in a row, meet my hunky husband and many many more. and i always have this funny imagination that God will come like just before i graduate, then i would have spent 4 years studying and then die without a degree. and like how God will come when i'm on a roller coaster that's about to go down the slope, then everything will just stop. or like how God will come after we've just set up the fire for bbq. i hope God chooses a good time, for me at least. haha. better not come when i'm bathing.

if jesus is gonna come soon, then i just wont get a chance to lie in the coffin. its a good thing also la. however, the case of tsunami is super saddening la. i really feel damn sad for those people who are affected. i went to help pack the clothings for the tsunami pple in some association yst and gave all my money in my wallet last night for the tsunami victims. its not much but how else can i help? after bs, weiling, christine and i were discussing which areas we can help when we go on the mission trip with church. and they already condemned the thought of me going over to those places as a counsellor. they were saying i'll probably just bombard them with lame jokes. oh well. christine was saying she can be a translator for indonesians. and we were asking her how to translate "wah lau" and she said she dont know. so i told her to say "my father" cos "wah lau" is my father. okie never mind. thats not the point. so you see. the devil is playing a mean game here, but if you believe in Christ, thousands may fall on your right and ten thousands may fall on your left, but you, who are in Christ, will not fall.

i really praise God for friends around me who can really help me with my problems. and i finally understand no matter how big or what problem i face, i just have to lay them down at Jesus's feet and look upon that cross, He will bring me through. salvation is grace by faith. therefore, for those of you who are constantly facing problems which you dont know how to solve, trust God and have faith in Him that He will clear them all for you. for God said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5b)

and i will never have to worry about the future. for i know who holds tomorrow, and i all know who holds my hand. for jeremish 29:11 says "For I know the plans i have for you, declares the Lord, plans to proper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." therefore, every tomorrow will be a better tomorrow than the last tomorrow, so i dont have to care whats gonna happen the next sec, the next min. as long as Jesus is there for me, its gonna be the greatest moment of all. :) Praise Jesus!
